I'm not so sure this is just some pretentious crap from a talentless hack.I didn't go to The Sorbonne or even The Cayahuga County Community College Art program but I'm thinking this picture is artisitic . So think what you will, I like these tulips even if I did Photoshop them to within an inch of their lives.
